The composition of the breads prepared at home consists only of black flour, naturally made honey, Nakhchivan salt, village eggs, and water. The weight is 800 grams. It can vary by +- 20 grams. This is mill flour. This bread is slightly harder than others. It does not spoil for a long time and does not mold. Note: orders of more than 10 pieces are not accepted. We do not have a factory, it is baked by hand at home. When baked in the oven, natural pressed olive oil is applied to the bottom to prevent the bread from sticking to the metal.
