Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration & Support: Manage, monitor, and maintain our on-premise infrastructure, including VMware vSphere clusters, Windows Servers, and Linux servers.Core Services Management: Administer and ensure the high availability of critical services such as Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange, and HAProxy.Data Protection: Oversee and manage backup and recovery operations using Veeam Backup & Replication.Cloud Migration: Actively participate in the "lift-and-shift" migration of on-premise virtual machines and applications to cloud.Application & Collaboration Tools: Manage and provide support for corporate systems like Jira, Confluence, and an on-premise instance of Bitrix24 or Creatio CRM, including data migration and user administration tasks.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all managed systems, configurations, and operational procedures.Troubleshooting: Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure-related issues, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.IT Projects: Leading the IT projects like Bitrix24/Creatio integration, VM migrations, on-premises to cloud and back migrations, etc.
