Requirements (Must-Have)
Advanced to near-native English proficiency (C1–C2) — excellent speaking and listening skills are mandatory
Fast reaction, strong comprehension, and critical thinking
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure
High level of responsibility and self-discipline
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge (used daily)
Personal computer with stable high-speed internet, noise-cancelling headphones, quiet and distraction-free workspace
Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)
Previous call center experience
Experience working with international or native English-speaking clients
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, providing accurate information about services scope, policies, and procedures
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
Comply with company policies, data protection, and confidentiality standards
Working Schedule Options (Baku Time)
Monday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Baku time (5 working hours, no break)
Monday – Saturday | 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM Baku time (5 working hours, no break)
Salary: 400 AZN NET
During wintertime, the shift starts and ends one hour later.
