Work Schedule: 40 hours per week / 5-day working week

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between various stakeholders involved in the end-to-end project delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering disciplines, clients and subcontractors.
Collaborate with the client's representatives to ensure that their expectations and requirements are integrated
Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Provide regular updates to schedules, activities and milestones.
Facilitate regular meetings and discussions between relevant parties to address interface-related matters.
Evaluate the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and budget.
Work closely with the Project Controls team
Participate in project reviews to identify opportunities for improving the interface management process.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project performance.
A long-term, full-time position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Project Engineer in the oil and gas industry, preferably within an EPC environment.
Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ANSI).
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
