Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the reports required by state authorities are prepared and submitted accurately and in a timely manner;
Ensure that all business transactions carried out by the Company are properly recorded in the accounting accounts (as well as in the accounting registers);
Ensure that accounting (financial) statements are prepared and submitted within the established deadlines;
Ensure that primary accounting documents are prepared and formalized in accordance with applicable legislation;
Ensure that inventories of cash, goods and material assets, and fixed assets are conducted;
Monitor the proper duplication, preparation, and submission of accounting documents to the archive in accordance with the established procedures;
Perform tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
3–5 years of relevant professional experience;
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred;
Knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and other office software and equipment, with hands-on experience in financial ERP systems, particularly 1C;
PMS (Professional Accountant Certificate) is required/preferred;
Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
5-day work schedule;
Location: Sumgayit city;
Lunch and transportation are provided by the company;
