Support engineers in identifying the required materials and spare parts.Identify the most suitable sources of supply for urgent material requirements.Check availability and coordinate the timely procurement of materials.Arrange the pickup and delivery of materials between sites and stores as required.Create and manage material requisitions in the system.Log, track and continuously monitor material consumption across all stores.Report to the line manager on stock balances, consumption and delivery status.
Tələblər:
Higher or specialized secondary technical education (mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a related field).Min 1 years of experience in materials coordination, procurement, logistics or maintenance support.Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for material requisitions and tracking.Technical understanding of elevators, escalators, automatic doors and related spare parts (original and alternative).Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and spare parts management.Fluent Azerbaijani and working proficiency in English.Confident user of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.Personal qulaities & SkillsStrong coordination, communication and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.Accuracy, attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.Ability to work within a team and in a cross-functional environment.Ability to make prompt decisions in urgent and unforeseen situations.What We offerOfficial employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.Parking, company car, corporate mobile phone and laptop.Structured onboarding program and mentoring by experienced colleagues.International training opportunities and clear career progression prospects.Voluntary medical insurance.A professional, supportive and collaborative team environment.
