Absheron Hotel Group is looking for a talented and experienced Director of Finance to join the pre-opening team of Meysari Grand Hotel & SPA.
As a Director of Finance, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring strong financial controls and governance, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering with the hotel leadership team to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all Finance and Accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow, P&L, balance sheet, and management reports.Ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial records, and timely month-end and year-end closing.Monitor revenue, costs, payroll, purchasing, inventory, and operational expenses.Provide financial guidance to the General Manager and department heads to support business decisions.Manage external/internal audits, banking relationships, and financial risks.Lead, develop, and supervise the Finance team.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of Finance experience, including 3–5 years in a senior management role.Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, DipIFR, or equivalent is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of hotel financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost control, and internal controls.Strong analytical, leadership, commercial, and decision-making skills.Good command of English; Azerbaijani required. Russian is an advantage.Pre-opening hotel experience is highly preferred.
