Department: Front OfficeLocation: Wyndham Garden Baku Hotel, Baku, AzerbaijanEmployment Type: Full-time (Night Shift)Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner during night shifts, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.Manage room reservations, allocate rooms, and update guest information in the hotel management system.Handle telephone calls and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.Perform night audit procedures and prepare daily operational and financial reports.Process payments, manage cash transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.Monitor hotel security procedures during the night shift and report any unusual incidents.Follow hotel policies and procedures while maintaining guest confidentiality and safety standards.
Tələblər:
Male Candidates OnlyAt least 6 months of experience in a similar position.Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Good computer skills, including MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera).Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during night shifts.Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in the hospitality industry.Experience with night audit procedures is an advantage.Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.What We Offer:Competitive salary.Medical insurance.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Friendly and supportive work environment.
