Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Storekeeper to join an offshore project.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
Fluent English and Azerbaijani
Good knowledge of electronic systems/software used for stock and materials management
Knowledge of international transportation procedures
Knowledge of material handling, lifting and storage methodologies
Strong stock/inventory management and organizational skills
Good computer skills, including MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the request, receipt, storage, preservation and distribution of consumable materials and spare parts
Ensure materials are handled and stored in compliance with company quality and safety requirements
Manage material requests and ensure correct authorization procedures
Receive and inspect materials and equipment against issued orders
Identify and report shortages, discrepancies or damaged materials
Organize proper storage and preservation of received materials
Manage material distribution, including loading and unloading activities
Support periodic inventories and slow-moving stock analysis
Prepare and pack materials for shipment and prepare packing lists
Maintain regular reporting and information flow with vessel management and relevant corporate departments
Monitor supplier delivery deadlines and report delays
Ensure full compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
