Day-to-Day Tax Operations
Completion of day-to-day tax-related tasks
Handling various tax, financial, and accounting matters
Tax Liability Calculation
Calculation of tax liabilities on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and transactional basis
Tax Reporting and Submission
Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly tax reports
Assistance in the preparation of annual tax reports submitted to the tax authorities
Tax Analysis and Compliance
Performing tax analysis of accounting data for assigned entities
Ensuring compliance with applicable tax legislation
Support in Contracts and Sales-Related Matters
Reviewing apartment sales contracts from a tax perspective prior to submission for signature on behalf of the company
Preparation of sales invoices in the ERP (COINS) system upon request of the Sales Department
Requirements
Education
Higher education
Areas of Expertise
Tax legislation and tax reporting
Tax risk analysis and compliance
Tax calculations and tax obligation management
Communication with tax authorities and support during tax audits
Work Experience
More than 2 years
Language and Computer Skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
English language
Strong knowledge of tax legislation and tax reporting
