Position Overview We are looking for confident and professional Call Center / Telesales Specialists to work with American clients. This role is focused on inbound and outbound calls, telesales, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, customer communication, and presenting and promoting the client’s services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, identifying their needs, presenting offers, handling objections, and guiding customers toward the next step.
