ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.Translate business processes into system specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable scenarios.Design and document employee activity tracking, time allocation, managerial approval, and exception-handling workflows.Define business rules for weekly reporting, configurable working hours, approval hierarchies, delegation, and access permissions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain organizational structures, activity catalogs, project catalogs, and employee parameters.Prepare process diagrams, workflow descriptions, API-related specifications, and data mapping documentation.Maintain requirements and decisions in Jira and Confluence.Support QA activities, user acceptance testing, pilot operations, and change management.Ensure consistency between business requirements and implemented functionality.
