Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Job Type: Full-time We are looking for a Junior Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Responsibilities Ability to work in 1C system Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers Assisting the accounting department in daily activities Communicating with clients Processing transactions Managing payment schedules Preparing financial statements Maintaining accurate records Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities Manage client accounts and payment schedules Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field Experience in the specified position for at least 1 year Must have (fluent) spoken and written (English, Russian, Azerbaijani). Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Requirements: Azerbaijani citizenship. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
