The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for the hotel. This position involves working closely with the hotel’s other departments to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The Hotel Sales Manager will also build relationships with current and potential customers and for providing feedback on industry changes and trends.Qafqaz Baku City Hotel & Residences is looking for candidates who has proven experience in Hotel Sales Industry. If you have reasonable portfolio and experience as a sales specialist please contact to us:Job Responsibilities of Sales Manager:Develop and implement the hotel’s sales strategyEstablish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with corporate clientsBuild a new client base and enhance cooperation with existing clientsWork collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targetsManage digital and traditional sales channelsAnalyze the competitive environment and conduct market researchWork with new, existing, and potential clients in line with the defined sales strategy, negotiating optimal rates in the best interest of the businessHold regular sales calls and meetings with target market leadersDevelop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, government institutions, and other partners related to the hotel industryParticipate in various events and local market activities to strengthen the hotel’s brand profileSupport the development of new products and servicesCollaborate with senior management in preparing and managing the department’s budget
Tələblər:
University degree (preferably in management, tourism, marketing, or related fields)Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hotel industryFluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (spoken and written)Strong communication and negotiation skillsTarget-oriented and result-driven approachAbility to work in a team and coordinate effectivelyAnalytical thinking and market research skills
