Aviation Services Group is a leading provider of world-class aviation services, with a team of over 4,000 professionals across multiple branches. We offer a wide range of services, from business aviation and ground handling to flight catering, all aimed at ensuring excellence and reliability in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of all business transactions in the accounting system. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including reconciliations with counterparties. Monitor bank transactions, payments, and cash operations. Prepare data and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Monitor accounting records related to fixed assets, inventories, and other company assets. Review primary accounting documents (invoices, acts, delivery notes, contracts, etc.) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures. Ensure timely recognition of revenues, expenses, accruals, and provisions. Prepare information and supporting documentation for internal and external audits. Monitor the timely receipt, review, proper documentation, and recording of primary accounting documents. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, document flow, and archiving procedures. Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of accounting processes. Provide methodological support to accounting staff and monitor the quality of their work. Prepare analytical reports, reconciliations, and financial information for management upon request. Coordinate the work of accountants and monitor the completion of assigned tasks. Participate in management reporting and budget versus actual variance analysis. Monitor foreign currency transactions and international settlements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position. ACCA qualification (partially completed or completed) is mandatory. PMS and DipIFR certifications are a significant advantage. Knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Proficiency in Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Languages: Azerbaijani (native), English (intermediate), Russian (advantage). Working conditions: In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
