We are looking for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join a project-based assignment in Baku. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry Fluent English and Azerbaijani Strong knowledge of Project Document Management and Project Control activities Experience in preparing and controlling project reports, document registers, master data lists, workflows and transmittals Ability to work in accordance with company standards and project requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor project document management processes and activities Support the development and implementation of Project Document Management procedures Control document submissions and the Client Approval Process Manage document registers, Master Data Lists, workflows, internal distribution and transmittals Coordinate and control final project documentation handover to the Client Monitor document status and project progress calculations Provide support and training on Document Management tools and procedures Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with project requirements Support the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders in managing project risks and opportunities Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
