We’re expanding our team and looking for a creative, organized, and proactive SMM & Content Specialist to take ownership of our social media presence, content planning, and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage monthly and weekly marketing and content plans, ensuring timely and consistent execution
Create and maintain detailed content calendars for social media platforms
Develop engaging, creative, and sales-oriented content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Write creative copy, captions, promotional texts, and campaign messages
Plan and coordinate seasonal, holiday, promotional, and sales campaigns in advance
Identify products, services, and offers that require additional visibility and develop promotional ideas for them
Manage and coordinate digital advertising activities, including Meta Ads campaigns, audience targeting, and basic performance monitoring
Prepare social media visuals and promotional materials using Canva
Plan and participate in photo and video shoots for social media content
Create and edit short-form video content such as Reels and promotional videos
Follow social media trends and identify new content formats and creative ideas
Coordinate content production from idea to final publication and ensure deadlines are met
Work closely with the marketing and other internal teams to support overall business and sales goals
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in SMM, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role
Experience in the education or service sector is an advantage
Strong creative writing and copywriting skills with a commercial and sales-oriented mindset
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and basic understanding of digital advertising
Experience with Canva and other visual content creation tools
Basic skills in video shooting and video editing for social media
Good understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to work
Basic understanding of English
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to come to the office when needed.
Own equipment for content creation, such as an iPhone, a smartphone with a high-quality camera, or a professional camera
Ability to independently capture photo and video content for social media
Work Schedule: Hybrid — a combination of remote work and in-office work when required.
