Assisting in the identification, attraction, and engagement of international companies interested in establishing operations in Azerbaijan;Supporting the promotion of Azerbaijan’s digital ecosystem, investment opportunities, and soft-landing programs to foreign companies and stakeholders;Conducting preliminary market research and collecting information on international companies, industry trends, and potential partnership opportunities;Assisting in communication and relationship-building activities with international companies, industry associations, technology firms, and other ecosystem stakeholders;Supporting foreign companies throughout the soft-landing process by providing relevant information regarding local business opportunities, regulatory requirements, and available support mechanisms;Assisting in identifying potential cooperation opportunities between international companies and local public and private sector organizations and facilitating initial contacts where required;Participating in local and international conferences, exhibitions, business forums, networking events, and other industry-related activities aimed at attracting foreign companies, promoting Azerbaijan’s business environment, and exploring opportunities in new markets;Supporting the organization and coordination of business meetings, workshops, networking sessions, delegation visits, and other stakeholder engagement activities;Assisting in welcoming international guests, coordinating visit agendas, and arranging meetings with relevant companies, government institutions, and partner organizations;Preparing presentations, reports, briefing materials, meeting notes, and other documentation related to business development and international cooperation activities;Maintaining records of company engagements, meetings, partnerships, and related documentation in accordance with internal procedures;Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to support the timely execution of assigned activities and projects;Providing administrative and operational support for business development initiatives, international cooperation projects, and ecosystem engagement activities;Performing other duties and assignments within the scope of responsibilities as instructed by management and in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational requirements. Tələblər: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Economics, or related fields;Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in commercial product development, or business development;Proven success managing innovation or tech-enabled projects with commercial outcomes;Strong knowledge of revenue models, market entry strategies, and customer acquisition tactics;Experience working in or with startups, government agencies, or donor-funded innovation projects is a strong advantage;Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian is an asset;Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills.
