Work Place: Baku, Azerbaijan // İPS Office Key Responsibilities: Organize procurement of HVAC equipment and materials from local and international markets Conduct market research, identify new suppliers, and perform price comparisons Negotiate and correspond with vendor companies to obtain favorable terms Prepare and monitor purchase agreements and contracts Ensure goods comply with technical requirements and quality standards Manage procurement processes within budget and deadlines Perform procurement operations and reporting in 1C software Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments Requirements: Education: Higher education (preferably in economics, engineering, or a relevant field) Experience: 5–10 years of proven work experience in procurement/supply (experience in HVAC, construction, or industrial sectors is an advantage) Strong skills in conducting international market research Proficiency in 1C software Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (mandatory) Confident user of MS Office programs Personal qualities We are looking for candidates who can relate to our culture of being safe, respectful, inclusive, dynamic and ambitious.
