A leading global technology company is currently seeking qualified contractors for key positions.
Duration: Ongoing
Job Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
The Resource Intern will support daily resource coordination activities by assisting with job scheduling, tracking equipment and tool readiness, and maintaining accurate operational data. The position reports directly to the Asset Coordinator.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, solving logistical challenges, and collaborating with different teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, consolidating, and organizing daily operational updates and job schedules.
Support the maintenance of accurate tool/equipment status, location, and assignment records.
Help track equipment availability and follow up on local tool movements to support job readiness.
Provide administrative support and prepare routine reports for the resource coordination team.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in asset management, logistics and resource operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Overall awareness on Oil & Gas industry.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Responsible and motivated to learn.
Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
