Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales of our medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities in the physiotherapy, rehabilitaiton, cardiology medicine sectors.
Present, promote, and sell medical devices to clinics, private and public hospitals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Operate with CRM system, customers database.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Degree in Medical or Biology sciences is an advantage
2+ years of sales experience in the medical industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
Willingness to travel and meet clients in various locations within Azerbaijan.
Hard skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, understanding of CRM system.
Fluency in Azerbaijani language. Knowledge of English or Russian is required.
Basic salary (NET): 1,200 AZN (discussable during 2nd stage of interview)
