We are looking for a commercially driven and creative Ticket Sales and Campaign Manager to develop and implement ticket sales strategies, increase stadium attendance, attract new fans, and encourage repeat attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop seasonal and match-specific ticket sales plans and achieve agreed sales targets
Design and implement campaigns for different audience segments to increase attendance
Develop attractive offers for single-match tickets, season tickets, family and group packages
Build partnerships with companies, universities, student organisations and other partners to drive corporate and group sales
Develop initiatives to attract new fans and increase repeat ticket purchases
Coordinate ticket sales campaigns across social media, digital advertising, email and other channels
Prepare proposals on ticket pricing, packages, discounts and sales channels
Analyse ticket sales data, fan purchasing behaviour and campaign performance
Monitor campaign budgets and prepare regular reports on sales, revenue, attendance and campaign results
Support improvements to the overall ticket purchasing and stadium entry experience
Requirements:
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or promotion of ticketed events
Proven experience in campaigns that generate sales growth and customer acquisition
Strong sales, negotiation and corporate relationship management skills
Knowledge of digital advertising, audience segmentation and campaign performance measurement
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
English proficiency is mandatory
