Job responsibilities
Oversee and manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement F&B strategies, operational plans, and procedures in line with the hotel’s business objectives.
Manage daily operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Monitor F&B revenue, costs, budgets, and profitability, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to ensure high performance and service standards.
Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to improve the overall dining experience.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and effective event and banquet execution.
Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships in coordination with relevant departments.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a multiproperty hotel environment.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory F&B role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial and cost-control knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel/F&B management systems.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is required.
Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality and operational excellence.
Ability to manage multiproperty in a fast-paced environment.
