TCS is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support the commercial and business development activities of our Engineering Solutions division, covering Inspection, Lifting, Supply, and related industrial solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate customer enquiries, commercial correspondence and follow-up with existing and potential customers.Monitor tenders, RFQs, EOIs and prequalification opportunities and coordinate timely submissions.Manage customer/vendor registrations, prequalification questionnaires and customer portals.Coordinate tender and commercial submissions, including required technical, Quality/OHSE, accreditation, financial and company documentation.Support preparation and follow-up of quotations, proposals and commercial offers.Support new customer engagement and identify opportunities to expand TCS services and products with existing customers.Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, site visits and other business development activities.Maintain tender, prequalification and commercial opportunity records and follow up actions and deadlines.Maintain effective customer interface and coordinate commercial requirements and clarifications with relevant internal teams.Support customer relationship development, repeat business and follow-on opportunities.
