Key Responsibilities
Monitor all stages of the recruitment process and prepare relevant reports.
Coordinate employee onboarding and adaptation processes.
Participate in identifying employee training and development needs.
Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
Monitor training budgets and participation indicators.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Support the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance.
Participate in employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover, recruitment, training, and performance indicators.
Recommend improvements to HR processes, including digitalization and automation.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR operations or a similar role is preferred.
Understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
