IRES is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized Marketing Assistant for one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Event Organization & Coordination
Assist in planning and coordinating roundtables, conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
Liaise with hotels, catering companies, agencies, and professional associations.
Support the preparation and coordination of sponsorship agreements and related documentation.
Marketing Materials Management
Review marketing materials, presentations, and reference documents for accuracy and compliance.
Cross-check translations and coordinate approval processes.
Ensure all required marketing materials and supporting documents are up to date.
Internal & External Communication
Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to field teams.
Handle inquiries and proposals from clients and business partners.
Assist in arranging meetings and supporting communication with external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Fluency in Azerbaijani is mandatory; Russian and English are an advantage.
Good command of MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Employment Details
Position: Marketing Assistant
Salary: 975 AZN gross/month
Expected Start Date: November 1, 2026
