Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Executive – Restaurant Partnerships to expand our restaurant partner network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding restaurants to accept our meal card product as a payment method.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential restaurant partners to expand the meal card acceptance network.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
Present the benefits of our meal card solution and negotiate partnership agreements.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to successful onboarding.
Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential restaurant partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales to restaurants is mandatory.
Demonstrated success in selling products or services directly to restaurants.
Established relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers will be a strong advantage.
References from restaurant owners are required and will be considered a key factor in the selection process.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: AZN 1,200 – 1,400 NET (fully official employment and salary payments).
Performance Bonuses:
Quarterly performance-based bonus equivalent to 1–2 monthly salaries, depending on achievement of sales targets.
