· Configuring internal systems;· Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues;· Check and upgrade the system infrastructure;· Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware;· Ensure the smooth deployment of new application;· Plan, test, and implement upgrades for our information systems;· Integrate new software applications;· Manage devices on our network through Active Directory;· Manage user access;· Configure Servers hardware;· Ensure servers and firewalls are working correctly;· Develop and apply best practices;· Coordinate with vendors as needed;· Run performance reports;· Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices, and firewalls;· Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization;· To plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth;· Manages user accounts, and assigns and updates security permissions on the system according to security policy;· Administer and support core Microsoft, and VMware technologies;· Group Policy design and configuration;· Linux administration;· Installation, Optimization, and Maintenance of Servers: Ensure the installation, optimization, and stable operation of servers running Linux distributions (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu);· Active Directory user and group administration.
