Propify Real Estate is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in residential properties and providing professional real estate services and investment opportunities in Dubai.
We are looking for an experienced SMM Specialist to manage the company’s social media presence and coordinate the day-to-day content production process.
Work format: Remote / Online
Employment type: Full-time
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Please note: This is a full-time position and not a freelance or part-time opportunity. The role is intended to be the candidate’s primary job and cannot be combined with another full-time job or treated as a secondary job.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the company’s social media presence, primarily on Instagram.
Create and maintain weekly and bi-weekly content plans.
Generate creative and relevant content ideas based on the company’s goals and social media trends.
Prepare content briefs for videographers, Reels makers, and other content creators.
Maintain communication with brokers, videographers, Reels makers, and other team members involved in content production.
Organize meetings with brokers to discuss content plans, ideas, and requirements.
Fully manage Instagram Stories, including planning, preparation, and daily publishing.
Plan, prepare, and publish regular posts, Reels, and other social media content.
Coordinate the content process from idea and brief to production, approval, and final publication.
Ensure published content follows the company’s branding, tone of voice, and communication standards.
Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities for the real estate industry.
Monitor content performance and engagement and suggest improvements where necessary.
Work closely with the Sales Department to understand current priorities, property listings, broker needs, and sales-related content requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure social media content supports current sales activities and business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in SMM / Social Media Management.
Strong understanding of Instagram and modern social media content formats.
Experience in content planning and social media management.
Experience creating content briefs and coordinating with videographers or other content creators.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is required.
English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong spoken English.
Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative approach to content creation.
Good understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement.
Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or a related industry is an advantage.
