İş haqqında məlumat:
Responding to incoming inquiries;Providing customers with detailed and accurate information about visa types, procedures, and services;Recommending visa services according to customers’ needs and handling sales;Managing written and verbal communication with customers in a professional manner.
Tələblər:
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani (Russian and English are an advantage);Experience in sales or customer service (visa industry experience is an advantage);Stable internet connection and a suitable working environment for remote work;A personal laptop/notebook suitable for work.Working Schedule:Days 1–4: 19:00–23:00Day 5: Day offDays 6–7: 09:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break)Work Format: Remote (work from home)Salary: 400 AZN
