Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, strengthen engagement, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Internal Communications: Lead internal communication strategies and channels to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication of company priorities, organizational developments, and key messages.
External Communications & Corporate Reputation: Coordinate external communications and corporate messaging to strengthen brand positioning, maintain a consistent corporate image, and support reputation management.
Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that reinforce the company’s employee value proposition and strengthen its positioning as an employer of choice.
Event Management: Lead the planning and delivery of corporate events, employee engagement activities, leadership events, and other initiatives that create meaningful employee and stakeholder experiences.
Strategic Initiatives: Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and communication effectiveness through innovative ideas, best practices, and data-driven approaches.
Stakeholder Management: Build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, leadership, HR, and relevant external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team, establish clear priorities, and ensure high-quality delivery of initiatives in line with organizational objectives.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Establish relevant KPIs, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and use employee feedback, engagement data, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in employee experience, employee engagement, corporate communications, employer branding, public relations, or event management.
Proven experience in leading projects, coordinating multiple initiatives, and managing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into practical initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience in team leadership and developing collaborative, high-performing teams.
Creative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
