Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure the smooth implementation of HR processes.Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and other HR documentation.Assist with payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.Support recruitment activities, including vacancy postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.Respond to employees’ HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data confidentiality.Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR projects.Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies and applicable labor legislation.Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Tələblər: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in HR or a similar position.Knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation.Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.Good command of Azerbaijani and English.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
