Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping optimal technical solutions for non-standard and modernization projects together with the sales teamParticipating in customer meetings and answering customers’ technical questionsSelecting the appropriate product platform for each project (elevators, escalators, doors, services, etc.)Proposing technical solutions that meet customer needs, taking into account material, installation and maintenance costsPreparing and coordinating technical specificationsPerforming elevator traffic analysis and energy consumption calculationsConducting technical site surveysEnsuring that the proposed solution is installable and suitable for long-term maintenanceEnsuring that the solution complies with local regulations, safety and environmental requirementsPreparing input for pre-tender and pre-contract technical reviews (solution, costs, timelines, risks)Preparing layouts and technical drawingsPreparing technical passports for elevators in accordance with applicable regulationsRe-ordering faulty materials identified in elevators under warranty and overseeing the execution of the processAnalyzing change requests during projects and preparing proposals for additional workHanding over technical information to project managers and installation and maintenance supervisorsDelivering technical training to sales, installation and maintenance teamsManaging the engineering part of modernization works (component upgrades, full replacement, installation of elevators in existing buildings)
