IRES is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training & Development Officer to support training coordination, employee development, and performance evaluation activities for a project in the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training requirements across project teams and departments.
Develop, maintain, and update employee training matrices.
Organize training sessions, bookings, and schedules in coordination with site administrators.
Monitor training validity and ensure timely renewals of certifications.
Support annual employee performance evaluations and appraisal processes.
Maintain accurate training records, certificates, and internal databases.
Collect training feedback, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement.
Review training-related invoices against approved budgets and agreements.
Ensure compliance with company HSEQ policies and procedures.
Requirements
Higher education.
1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (written and spoken).
Knowledge of training coordination, employee development, and change management principles.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple training activities and meet deadlines.
