Job Summary: As a Strategy Associate at SABAH.city, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact projects for our clients. With a solid foundation in business consulting and a deep understanding of economic dynamics, you will leverage your expertise to provide actionable insights and foster innovation within our organization. Our Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or a related field; Up to 2 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects; Highly proficient in strategic analysis, market research, and business planning, knowledgeable in the digital economy and innovation ecosystems; Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; Strong presentation and facilitation abilities; Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; Skilled in problem-solving, complex data analysis and generating actionable insights; Demonstrated experience in leading projects and teams with a collaborative and adaptable approach; Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships, providing strategic insights and contributing to business development; Lead and deliver projects efficiently, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies and plans for clients; Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment; Participate in relevant events and maintain a professional network to enhance firm visibility. Skills and Competencies: AI literacy and effective use of AI-powered tools; Ability to leverage AI tools for research, data analysis, and strategic planning; Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions; Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work; Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences; Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, fostering productive relationships across teams and stakeholders; Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and perform effectively under pressure; Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a growth mindset; High level of professionalism, accountability, and ownership in delivering results.
