Are you ready to lift up your career? We are seeking a Venture Associate to join our dynamic team!Job Summary:As a Venture Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development, validation, and scaling of fintech ventures. You will work at the intersection of market research, strategy, and venture building, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze markets, and contribute to the execution of innovative solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Tələblər:
Strong analytical and research skills (consulting, VC, or startup background is a plus);Product management and product ownership experience;Curiosity and passion for fintech, payments, insurtech, DeFi, open banking, or payroll/HR tech;Strong communication skills — ability to synthesize and present insights clearly;Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields;1–3 years of experience in consulting, VC, startups, or financial services is preferable;Hands-on experience with market research, business analysis, or financial modeling;Fluent in English (other languages are a plus);Experience with building start-up using vibe coding.Key Responsibilities: Research fintech & insurtech markets, trends, and business models;Identify high-potential problem spaces and assess startup opportunities;Conduct competitor benchmarking and landscape mapping;Support MVP design, go-to-market testing, and early traction experiments;Work with product & tech teams to scope and refine feature sets;Help design financial models, unit economics, and business cases;Assist portfolio startups with research, partnerships, and fundraising prep;Prepare investor materials (pitch decks, memos, insights reports);Track KPIs across the venture pipeline;Manage all the required processes with relevant AI tools to optimize efficiency and time to market.Benefits and Perks:As a team member at SABAH.HUB, you’ll enjoy:Competitive salary that aligns with industry standards;Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical Insurance and Push30 Subscription;Flexible working hours;Employee assistance programs, providing professional development and career growth opportunities;Company-sponsored social events, team-building activities, and volunteer opportunities.Location: Baku, SABAH.city, Kazimagha Karimov, 221.
