Get to know each student in the homeroom; Be available and approachable, setting tones of friendship;Encourage students to feel “important” and to be moral persons;Monitor behavior, advize and encourage observance of the School Policies;Be knowledgeable of pupil services programs offered by the school;Keep accurate records of attendance; Take notice of each student’s report and academic progress;Write comments (logs) regarding student`s progress and behavior on a weekly basis;Give feedback to the Administration when issues of importance have been discussed;Dialogue with Administration, Parents, or with the student’s other teachers when there is concern; Report any student with a pattern of late arrival;Report to the Psychologist any student with a pattern of behavior problems.
Tələblər:
Background:
Bachelor`s degree is a must;1+ years of experience as a teacher;Proficiency in spoken and written english;Experience in working at International/English speaking schools is a plus.

Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Strong organizational and time-management skills;Positive attitude;Critical thinking;Creativity;Effective classroom management;Teamwork skills.
