The role
You own the product backlog and decide what we build and in what order. You start from a business problem, validate it with users, shape the solution and see it through to release. Beyond the product itself, you support and oversee business development and marketing initiatives, so the products reach the market and the right customers. This is a role for someone who wants to build products and the business around them.
What you'll do
Own and prioritize the backlog for B2B products, modules and integrations
Talk to users and internal teams, find real problems and turn them into product ideas
Propose and drive your own initiatives, not only execute requests
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; keep scope under control
Run sprint planning and reviews with the tech lead; accept completed work
Support and oversee BD and marketing initiatives: partnerships, outreach, positioning, product launches and campaigns
Coordinate between product, tech, BD and marketing; keep everyone aligned on priorities
Track product and growth metrics; report progress, risks and blockers directly
Who we're looking for
Initiative: you come with ideas and bring them to a result
Responsible and dedicated: if you take something on, it gets done
Hungry to grow and take on more scope over time
1–3 years in product, project, business analysis, or BD/marketing with a product angle (a strong junior is welcome)
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira and user stories
Structured thinking: you can break a vague problem into concrete steps
Fluent English; Russian is a plus
Nice to have
Interest in proptech, real estate, CRM (Bitrix24) or B2B SaaS
Experience with integrations, APIs or workflow automation
Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships or go-to-market
Basic analytics or SQL Growth
A clear path toward Head of Product or Head of Business. Growth depends on results and the scope you take on, not on tenure.
