Ensure the effective implementation of the Training and Development strategy established by the Head Office at the hotel level.Oversee the proper execution of Group-approved policies, procedures, and SOPs within training activities.Organize the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process and submit the results to the Head Office.Ensure and monitor the execution of the approved annual training plan and budget for the hotel.Plan, coordinate, and organize the implementation of monthly training activities in accordance with the annual plan.Ensure the implementation of training materials, programs, and standards provided by the Head Office at the hotel and localize them where necessary.Ensure the effective organization of onboarding programs for new employees.Coordinate the proper and effective delivery of training using various methods (classroom, practical sessions, e-learning, etc.).Manage the daily use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Monitor the implementation of training plans across departments and take measures to address any non-conformities.Manage training-related administrative processes (scheduling, attendance tracking, documentation, and reporting).Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to the head office.
Tələblər:
Bachelor degree in Social, Psychology or similar sciences;Relevant experience in hospitality is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsSpoken level of English will be advantage
