Calculate salaries for employees, including regular pay, vacation, sick leave, and other compensation. Prepare and submit required tax and statistical reports, such as the Single Wage Declaration and other statistical reports. Resolve complex labor and payroll issues related to salary calculations, addressing discrepancies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Address client inquiries and provide detailed support regarding payroll calculations and payroll-related matters. Prepare reports related to advance payments for business trips and ensure proper documentation. Ensure that team members' knowledge and skills related to salary calculations are up-to-date and meet the required standards. Mentor and support junior payroll consultants, guiding them through complex tasks and ensuring high-quality output. Maintain knowledge of current payroll practices, tax regulations, and changes in employment law.
Tələblər:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 4 years work experience in Payroll Accountant Fluent in written and spoken Azerbaijani, intermediate level of Russian and English proficiency High level of knowledge of labor and tax legislation; Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. Ability to train and guide junior employees, fostering team development and knowledge enhancement.
