Radisson Baku Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Corporate Sales Executive / Corporate Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.
The final position level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and professional background.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners;
Identify and develop new business opportunities and corporate accounts;
Manage and grow the hotel’s corporate client portfolio;
Conduct sales calls, client visits, meetings and presentations;
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and contracts;
Negotiate rates and commercial terms within the hotel’s guidelines;
Achieve individual and departmental sales targets;
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities;
Ensure excellent communication and follow-up with clients;
Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, F&B and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery;
Maintain accurate records of client activities and sales performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel Corporate Sales;
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
Good knowledge of the local corporate market;
Results-oriented and proactive approach;
Good command of English, Azerbaijani and Russian;
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
