Key Responsibilities:
Identification of compliance risks;
Monitoring of legislative and regulatory requirements;
Development of internal policies and procedures;
Compliance due diligence of third parties;
Conducting compliance awareness training for employees;
Investigation and escalation of compliance violations;
Preparation of compliance reports;
Monitoring and coordination of the remediation of identified deficiencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is preferred);
3 years of work experience;
Knowledge of the compliance and related legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Knowledge of risk-based approaches;
Practical skills in compliance monitoring and testing;
Knowledge of Due Diligence;
Knowledge of AML/KYC;
Knowledge of sanctions screening;
Basic knowledge of data protection;
Knowledge of corporate governance;
Knowledge of internal control principles;
Knowledge of ISO 37301 and other international standards.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; good proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications is desirable;
Language skills: Fluent/Excellent Azerbaijani and English; good command of Russian.
Working Conditions:
5-day work schedule;
Location: Sumgayit city;
Lunch and transportation are provided by the company;
