We are urgently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Finance Manager to join a professional team.
Salary: AZN 4,000 NET
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, manage, and monitor the company’s annual and monthly budgets;
Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and provide relevant financial insights;
Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax reports;
Prepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);
Oversee daily financial and accounting operations, including day opening and closing procedures;
Manage cash flow and financial obligations;
Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to management;
Ensure proper organization and control of accounting and finance processes;
Oversee financial and accounting operations currently performed in 1C;
Participate in and manage the transition to a new financial/accounting software system;
Lead, coordinate, and supervise the Finance team, currently consisting of 2 employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
Relevant professional experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a managerial position;
Strong practical experience in budgeting and financial planning;
Strong knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations;
Solid knowledge and practical experience with IFRS;
Proficiency in 1C;
Experience in financial reporting and financial analysis;
Strong leadership and team management skills;
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities;
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
