User agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the Prayk.com online platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", the "Website", "Prayk.com", or the "Administration") and defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Platform's users.

The use of the Website, registration of an account, posting of advertisements, or use of any services provided by Prayk.com constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Prayk.com is an online platform for posting, searching, viewing, and publishing advertisements related to the sale, purchase, exchange, and rental of goods, as well as the provision of services.

1.2. Prayk.com provides solely a technical platform for interaction between users and is not a seller, buyer, intermediary, agent, or a party to transactions concluded between users.

1.3. All transactions between users are conducted independently and at their own risk.

2. Registration and User Account

2.1. To use certain features of the Platform, a User may create an account.

2.2. During registration, the User agrees to:

  • provide accurate and truthful information;

  • keep their information up to date;

  • not share login credentials with third parties;

  • ensure the security of their account.

2.3. The User bears full responsibility for all actions performed through their account.

2.4. A User may maintain only one account unless otherwise permitted by the Administration.

3. Posting Advertisements

3.1. The User may post advertisements only for goods and services that they are legally entitled to offer or dispose of.

3.2. The following content is prohibited:

  • false or misleading information;

  • duplicate advertisements;

  • advertisements placed in inappropriate categories;

  • materials that infringe the rights of third parties;

  • spam;

  • advertisements related to illegal activities;

  • materials concerning narcotic substances, weapons, forged documents, counterfeit products, pyramid schemes, and other prohibited goods or services.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to:

  • edit advertisement categories;

  • hide advertisements;

  • remove advertisements;

  • limit the publication of advertisements;

  • block users without prior notice in case of a violation of this Agreement.

4. User Rights

The User has the right to:

  • browse advertisements;

  • post and edit advertisements;

  • use both paid and free features of the Platform;

  • delete their own advertisements;

  • contact customer support;

  • delete their account.

5. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • comply with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

  • respect the rights of third parties;

  • not use the Platform for fraudulent activities;

  • not upload malicious software;

  • not attempt to hack or disrupt the operation of the Website;

  • not use automated data collection methods, scraping, bots, or any technologies that create excessive load on the Website.

6. Paid Services

6.1. Prayk.com may provide the following paid services:

  • VIP advertisements;

  • advertisement boosting;

  • highlighted advertisements;

  • advertisement promotion services;

  • banner advertising;

  • other additional services.

6.2. The prices of services are published on the Website and may be changed by the Administration at any time.

6.3. Payment for services does not guarantee:

  • the sale of goods;

  • receiving inquiries or responses;

  • achieving any specific result.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All rights to the software, design, logo, interface, database, and other elements of Prayk.com belong to the Administration or are used on lawful grounds.

7.2. By posting photographs, texts, and other materials, the User grants Prayk.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such materials for:

  • the operation of the Platform;

  • the promotion and advertising of Prayk.com;

  • publication on social media and in marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Prayk.com does not guarantee:

  • the accuracy of advertisements;

  • the quality of goods and services;

  • the solvency of users;

  • the security of transactions;

  • the absence of fraudulent activities by third parties.

8.2. The Administration shall not be liable for:

  • the actions of users;

  • losses resulting from the use of the Platform;

  • loss of data;

  • technical failures;

  • temporary unavailability of the Website;

  • the content of posted advertisements.

9. Account Suspension and Deletion

The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate a User's access to the Platform in the event of:

  • violation of this Agreement;

  • posting prohibited content;

  • fraudulent activities;

  • spam;

  • multiple complaints from users;

  • providing false information;

  • violation of applicable laws.

The suspension or termination of an account does not entitle the User to any compensation or reimbursement for losses.

10. Amendments to the Agreement

The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by publishing a revised version on Prayk.com.

Continued use of the Platform after such amendments have been published constitutes the User's full acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over the place of registration of the owner of Prayk.com.
