INNOPRO CJSC is an engineering and design company specializing in transportation infrastructure and engineering projects, including railways, roads, bridges, tunnels, logistics facilities, and related infrastructure systems. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the coordination of engineering projects and manage the preparation and submission of tender applications for local and international opportunities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities and support the implementation of company projects. Liaise with management, engineers, colleagues, clients, and external partners. Monitor tasks, deadlines, and project progress, ensuring timely follow-up. Prepare reports, presentations and other business documentation. Organize meetings, maintain records, and coordinate information within the company. Support administrative, operational, and project-related activities as required. Assist with research, information gathering, and preparation of documents for business opportunities and tenders. Manage multiple tasks and priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize the tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Good command of written and spoken English, Azerbaijani and Russian. Attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset.
