Delete your account

Use this page (or the app) to delete your Prayk account and personal data. Deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Profile data: name, email, phone, photo
Your listings and their photos are deleted, contact details removed; your store is deleted
Favorites, saved searches, notifications, devices and location alerts

What is kept

Balance and payment records are kept anonymously for the legally required period; message history stays with the other party as “Deleted account”.

How to delete in the app

Prayk app → Profile → “Delete account” at the bottom → confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
