Description
Qusar rayonu, Balaqusar kəndində yerləşən, 6 illik gilas və fındıq bağı uzunmüddətli icarəyə verilir.
Bağda 500 ədəd gilas və 150 ədəd fındıq ağacı mövcuddur. Ərazi kəndə bitişik, əlverişli mövqedə yerləşir və ətrafı tam hasarlanıb.
Bağın yaxınlığından iki çay axır. Ərazidə suvarma üçün göl mövcuddur və damcı suvarma sistemi quraşdırılıb. Bu da ağacların müntəzəm suvarılması və bağın səmərəli idarə olunması üçün əlverişli şərait yaradır.
Bağ meyvəçilik və kənd təsərrüfatı fəaliyyəti ilə məşğul olmaq istəyən şəxslər üçün münasib seçimdir.
İllik icarə haqqı: 7 000 AZN.
İcarə uzunmüddətli nəzərdə tutulub. Müqavilənin başlanğıcında minimum 3 illik icarə haqqının (21 000 AZN) əvvəlcədən ödənilməsi tələb olunur.
Yalnız ciddi maraqlanan şəxslərin əlaqə saxlaması xahiş olunur.
