Job responsibilitiesDevelop and manage data-driven content plans across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, aligned with business and communication goals;Create creative concepts, content ideas, and scripts for posts, Reels, Stories, videos, campaigns, and other content formats;Develop detailed creative briefs for photo and video productions, participate in the production process, and oversee content execution;Oversee the production of multimedia and promotional content, collaborating with designers, videographers, photographers, agencies, and other stakeholders;Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities, adapting relevant trends and formats to the brand;Create timely and engaging content for events, projects, campaigns, and day-to-day activities;Monitor content performance and audience engagement, using data and insights to optimize content strategies and generate new ideas;Work closely with Admissions, Sales, and other teams to align content initiatives with business objectives, support lead generation, and contribute to enrollment goals.RequirementsMore than 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, marketing, communications, or a related field;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani;Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders;Proficiency in English and Russian is an advantage;Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and current trends;Strong creative thinking and idea-generation skills;Ability to write scripts for various content formats;Ability to develop clear and detailed creative briefs for content, photo, and video productions;General understanding of video content creation and the production process;Experience with CapCut and other content creation tools is an advantage;Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What do we offer:Documentation according to AR Labor Code;Life Insurance;Medical Insurance;Kids schooling discounts;Opportunity to benefit from 75% discount on Push 30;Professional growth.Interested candidates can apply by clicking the link provided in the "Apply"button.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
