Fitxlink / US-launched startup, growing internationally
Fitxlink launched in the United States and now has customers and partner gyms in Azerbaijan. With development and sales teams already in place, we’re looking for someone to help build our marketing engine as we grow locally and expand into more countries.
The opportunity
Work directly with the founding team to turn awareness into customers, stronger partnerships, and measurable growth.
We’re open to how you get there: own one channel deeply or work across several. Social media, influencer marketing, paid ads, content, partnerships, local events, offline campaigns — bring your strengths, test ideas, and build on what works.
What you’ll do
Shape our marketing strategy and put it into action.
Build our social presence and develop influencer collaborations.
Work with partner gyms on joint campaigns and community engagement.
Launch digital and traditional campaigns that attract and convert customers.
Track results, learn quickly, and scale successful approaches.
Who you are
You have hands-on marketing experience, understand the Azerbaijani market, and can turn ideas into execution. You’re resourceful, comfortable with data, and use AI and modern tools to move faster. You care about customers and revenue as much as creative work.

This could be a strong fit if you already have an income or independent work and want to commit part of your time to building an international startup. We’ll agree on a realistic commitment, clear responsibilities, and how your contribution will be rewarded.
