About us
Kunafe is a confectionery manufacturer in Baku that makes high-quality oriental sweets. Our distribution network is growing fast, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our HoReCa channel and turn it into a key growth driver for the company.
Your mission
Build, lead and grow Kunafe’s presence in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering across Azerbaijan.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement the HoReCa sales strategy, including targets, pricing, terms and channel priorities
Build, lead and motivate the HoReCa sales team; set KPIs and track performance
Acquire and personally manage key accounts: restaurant chains, hotels, catering companies and coffee chains
Negotiate contracts, commercial terms and long-term partnerships
Analyze the market, competitors and customer needs, and find new segments and opportunities
Plan sales budgets, forecasts and reporting for top management
Work with production, logistics and marketing to ensure smooth delivery and strong service quality
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Background in FMCG, food, confectionery or beverage distribution is a strong advantage
An established network of contacts in Baku’s restaurant and hotel market
Proven record of building sales teams and hitting ambitious targets
Strong negotiation, analytical and strategic planning skills
Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage
